About the role:
- Oversee the design and delivery of day-to-day activities, projects, and programs in relation to quality and compliance as per above
- Coordinate yourself and your team; ensuring you are visible, proactive and approachable so that the public and others liaising with the service have a positive professional experience
- Oversite of regular analysis and audits across the business highlighting trends and risks, making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Translate the strategic agenda into quality and compliance objectives which inform and guide business planning processes; monitor, interpret and quality assure progress against deliverables
- Lead the design, delivery and maintenance of technical quality and compliance documentation including policies, procedures and organisational quality assessments
- Develop a comprehensive strategic and business plan for quality & compliance, underpinned with clear protocols which are effective across the business
- Set the direction of strategy to include anticipated quality improvements and provide vision for resulting policy and procedural changes which will ensure continued robust working practices
- Deploy a transformational, can-do, approach to bring quality and compliance to the forefront of everything we do across the health and technology sectors
- Support the Executive Leadership Team in driving transformation change as well as ensuring value for money in planning and service delivery improvements
What experience do I need:
- 10+ years’ experience working in a similar position in health technology
- Extensive understanding and knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to the health industry, including GAMP, Software as a Medical Device, etc
- Proven experience in running and scaling quality teams across multiple international locations in an agile industry
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a culture of service excellence in an agile business; always putting our customers, our people and our business at the centre of everything
- Significant experience in managing teams, including coaching and development
