Our Integration Specialists are responsible for ensuring that our products work effectively once deployed into live environments.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Configuring and deploying integration capabilities connecting Magentus products and services with other systems and services such as PAS, PACS, OCS and 3rd party service providers
  • Investigation, troubleshooting, problem analysis and resolution within complex live deployments
  • Building effective relationships with co-workers, customers and other stakeholders
  • Contributing excellent technical work into multidisciplinary project teams delivering within a complex and competitive business environment
  • Providing third line support in close collaboration with the Service team and other technical specialists

What experience do I need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar, or equivalent knowledge and skills gained by other means
  • Solid experience in a technical role such as IT support or application development, including experience with deployment techniques and tooling
  • Able to work independently as an effective contributor within a close-knit collaborative team
  • Able to handle complexity and ambiguity and accommodate to change
  • Able to learn independently and continually develop own knowledge and expertise
  • Awareness of DevOps principles and experience of Agile delivery
  • Good general knowledge of IT e.g. databases, cloud basics, security principles & practice
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines, balancing competing priorities and responding to client needs
  • Health sector experience highly desirable
  • Strong technical skills ideally including HL7v2 messaging, data transform/mapping scripts, SQL, Linux (RedHat), DICOM, RabbitMQ, Event streaming, HL7 FHIR, Ansible
