What about the role:

  • Support the Head of Systems Operations to analyse customer needs in order to, design systems, infrastructure and processes to support the deployment and maintenance of Magentus’ software.
  • Develop and deliver a model of governance for the system environment that will help drive future strategy and projects.
  • Ensure systems are built and maintained, in order to continue to provide a quality high performing platform.
  • Task prioritisation and participation in release and deployment planning.
  • Maintain relevant technical standards and internal documentation.
  • Conduct technical research for system design.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to the System Operations team.
  • Manage the day-to-day work of the Systems Operations team, ensuring issues are rectified in a timely manner and escalated where required.
  • Other duties as required.

What experience do I need:

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a similar position in health technology .
  • Strong experience in the implementation of cloud computing technologies and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a culture of service excellence in an agile business; always putting our customers, our people and our business at the centre of everything.
  • Proven experience managing teams, including coaching and development.
