This role is responsible for leading and executing the talent acquisition strategy, while partnering with hiring managers to attract, hire, and support the internal mobility of top talent in alignment with business objectives. This role plays a crucial part in Magentus’ talent branding in the market and is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and partnering with leaders to select top tier talent.

What you’ll do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, moving from a transactional recruitment relationship to a true business partnering model.
- Source, engage, and attract high quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide data driven insights and market intelligence to hiring teams, ensuring informed hiring decisions.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring process.
- Implement and optimise recruitment processes, tools and technologies to streamline hiring processes and improve efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employer branding, employee value proposition, and candidate engagement strategies.
About you:
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity – building the plane while flying it.
- A roll your sleeves up attitude to work in a lean team without lots of supporting technology infrastructure.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strengths in working as a member of a collaborative team, but comfortable in being self-directed and able to work autonomously as needed.
- Great attention to detail.
What experience or qualifications do you need:
- Proven in-house or agency recruitment experience within the technology industry.
- Experience using innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent attraction strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
