With the Healius integration in Genie® and Gentu®, you can send pathology eRequests and receive results directly from Healius’s Australian laboratory network, all from within your practice management software.
Send pathology eRequests: Order pathology tests directly from Genie® or Gentu® and send them digitally to your patient’s preferred Healius lab. Your patient receives an SMS with their request, and you get real-time visibility on every order — from submission through to result — without printing a form or following up by phone.
Receive results: Pathology results from Healius’s laboratory network are delivered directly into your patient’s clinical record as soon as they’re ready.

Genie®
To activate pathology eRequests in Genie®, you’ll need to be on version 10.2.2 or above. If you’re running Genie® 10.2.7 or above, pathology eRequests are available by default — no additional steps required.

In Gentu®, simply select a Healius eRequest-enabled location from the lab dowp down menu in the Request window.
