Our two practice management software options are Genie (desktop) and Gentu (cloud). Genie is a long-trusted name in Australian practice management, fully-featured to support clinicians with complex tasks unique to their specialty. Gentu is an intelligent solution with an intuitive, modern design, accessible via a browser. Our team can help you select the right option for your practice based on your workflow, cloud and functionality requirements.

Our custom-built Advanced Extras include mobile dictation, patient bookings, two-way SMS, ECLIPSE claiming and much more. Gentu is true cloud software, running entirely on the cloud from your browser. All you need is a device with internet access and you can prepare for consultations or procedures while on the go with Gentu’s fast and intuitive interface.
Unlike desktop products which require ongoing (and often expensive) IT support, Gentu doesn’t require any on-site server or maintenance. All updates are automatic and immediately accessible with no downtime required, which keeps your clinic running and focused on care.
Genie includes a multitude of inbuilt specialty modules, designed in direct consultation with doctors from each specialty. These include solutions for orthopaedic surgery, rheumatology, obstetrics, gynaecology, dermatology, ophthalmology, paediatrics, plastic surgery and many more.
Whether you have 5 or 50 doctors at your practice, Genie can help you streamline workflows for optimum efficiency. Up to 100 different users can access Genie at one time and multiple practices can be supported by one database, which makes Genie perfect for larger health organisations and clinics with multiple locations.

We offer two-way SMS, online patient bookings, online medical forms and the ability to offer online payments, so patient communication and billing is easy for everyone involved.

In most cases, our migrations team can convert your practice data from your existing software into Genie or Gentu. Our team will work with you and share all the information you need to migrate your data in a safe and straightforward way, and we will discuss any data that may not be possible to bring across.
