Support Technician

Our Support Team are the first point of contact for our customers. They monitor customer systems, respond and resolve customer tickets whether they be Service Failures, System Requests or Events whilst supporting the installation of new products and product fixes.

Project Manager – Radiology

Our Project Managers are key to the success of our business – they take ownership to ensure that new products or product enhancements are delivered into customer environments in line with the required specifications, timelines and budgets.

Database Developer

Our database developers provide technical expertise to support the design of databases within our products, ensuring they operate with optimal effectiveness and in line with our quality and security standards. They collaborate with our developers, project managers and operations team, innovating, influencing, and driving database design to deliver customer requirements.

Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager is a critical role responsible for developing the overarching strategy of all marketing campaigns for Magentus EMEA. This role requires an all-rounder. Capable of strategy but also able to roll up their sleeves and implement a broad range of marketing and communication plans across various channels, including press, email, digital channels (social/Web) as well as internal channels. With the central marketing team based in Australia, the Senior Marketing Manager will need to work autonomously to drive measurable results across the EMEA business. The ability to drive projects forward and partner with the EMEA Senior Management team to deliver on the business requirements is crucial to success. Data and results driven, you will look to establish marketing fundamentals with the view to build on this over the longer term. With a new brand recently implemented, you will have ability to have a large impact on the industry and market.

Software Engineer

Reporting to the Development Team Lead this position is responsible for development and maintenance of critical applications across Magentus and will work as part of a team that develops, maintains and supports software and systems produced by Magentus.  You will develop new features endeavouring to always improve our products and product architecture.

Implementation Coordinator

The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for efficient and effective management of the end-to-end implementation project from sale to support, ensuring high levels of customer experience is achieved while best practice operational standards and business objectives are maintained.

Accounts Receivable Officer

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position is a full-time role within the Practice Management division, responsible for the reconciliation and timely settlement of customer accounts within given collection timeframes, whilst providing exceptional service to our customers. The role will also have a high level of interaction with internal stakeholders.

Blended Learning Developer

The Blended Learning Developer will be responsible for producing and maintaining a wide range of technical documentation, including but not exclusive to e-learning and online help files. They will produce and update interactive courses for a range of software products across all sectors and collaborate with the Blended Learning Lead to deliver eLearning, documentation and help files via the Magentus Academy.

National Customer Training Manager (12 month contract)

The National Customer Training Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of the customer training function across all Magentus Practice Management products and services as well as managing the ongoing success of our customer relationships. 

Implementation Specialist

Our Implementation Specialists work with Project Managers, SMEs and our customers to deliver Evolution vLab®.

Installation and Training Consultant

The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional service, support and training to our customers in the form of installation of software, onsite training for new and existing customers, group training, remote support and training and associated tasks surrounding this.

Business Development Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, Business Development, this role will see you actively contribute to the continual growth of the health division through building market position and working with other employees in Australia to develop, define, negotiate and close business relationships. You will proactively manage and drive the end-to-end tender response and proposal process while enhancing the company’s reputation by accepting ownership for exploring new opportunities to add value to the organisation. An important component of this role is keeping updated on relevant job knowledge and trends by participating in educations opportunities and maintaining professional networks whilst sharing your knowledge and experience with junior members of the team.

Reporting to the Product Development Manager this position will be our SME in data science, business intelligence, and data analytics and have deep experience in database design, data integration, data warehousing, modelling, along with presentation tactics and concepts.

Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager this position will serve as Level 1/2 IT support for the organisation and external clients. The IT Support Consultant is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of external clients and stakeholders with a strong focus on customer service, establishing and maintaining effective relationships to gain trust and respect when providing IT support services. 

Database Team Lead

Our Database Team Lead oversees the design, maintenance, and optimisation of our SQL and Postgres database environments to ensure that our database systems meet the high standards of performance, security, and availability that our customers demand.

Project Manager (PMO)

Reporting to the Manager PMO this role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent health projects within agreed time, cost, and quality expectations, while providing clear and concise reporting to all project stakeholders including Senior Executive. In addition, you will contribute to the development of the Master Schedule of activities across the division, negotiate delivery dates for project milestones in consultation with competing priorities.

Technical Business Analyst

Reporting to the Technical Implementation Lead, this position scopes and documents the technical aspects of customer business requirements and is an integral part of the product development process.
