Customer Service Manager EMEA

Our Customer Service Manager is a key role within our management team, leading teams to deliver high standards of customer service.

Integration Specialist (Pathology)

Reporting to the Technical Implementation Lead, this position scopes and documents the technical aspects of customer business requirements and is an integral part of the product development process.

Implementation Specialist

Reporting to the Implementation Manager this position is responsible for defining, scoping and documenting business requirements (internal and external) through in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information. Ensuring the delivered solution meets the defined business requirements. The business analyst works closely with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery and client related activities at Magentus.

Integration Specialist

Our Integration Engineers are responsible for ensuring that our products work effectively in collaboration with other systems once deployed into live environments.

Business Development Manager

Our Business Development Managers are key to the future success of our business, pro-actively identifying sales opportunities using a variety of tools including market intelligence, procurement and tender advertisements and leveraging our existing customer base to increase our sales and expand our product penetration within our chosen markets.

Head of Product Engineering – EMEA

The Head of Product Engineering – EMEA is responsible for leading and scaling our UK Engineering team, overseeing all technical aspects of product development through to customer delivery and ensuring the team deliver against their roadmaps.

Database Team Lead

Our Database Team Lead oversees the design, maintenance, and optimisation of our SQL and Postgres database environments to ensure that our database systems meet the high standards of performance, security, and availability that our customers demand. 

Senior People and Culture Advisor

The Senior People & Culture Advisor supports line managers by providing HR advice, guidance, and coaching on people-related matters, focusing on absence management, performance management, and employee engagement.

Clinical Safety Officer

The purpose of the Clinical Safety Officer (CSO) is to manage and oversee the assurance of safety related health IT software. The CSO is responsible for ensuring the product being delivered to clients meets the required safety standards, along with any products and services being delivered in partnership with external suppliers and organisation.

Database Engineer

Our database developers collaborate with our developers, project managers and operations team. They influence, innovate, and drive database design, provide innovative solutions for customer requirements such as data migration and ensure high levels of service, database performance and availability across our large customer estate.
