The Executive Assistant (EA) and Office Manager will hold a high level of delegation and perform confidential duties and tasks directed by the leadership, therefore the role requires a high level of professional communications and discretion. Additionally, they will ensure that our office facilities have appropriate supplies and services and supports with all relevant Health & Safety Requirements.

Finance Officer

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position is a six-month fixed term contract role, with a possibility to extend to 12 months, to assist the Magentus finance team during the Practice Management division’s ERP system implementation. Reporting to the Manager of PMO this position will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, allocating and managing resources across programmes to ensure client engagements are resourced appropriately, taking into account client needs, individual skill sets, existing client portfolios and applicable client deadlines. The incumbent will form strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and collaborate with the team in order to make informed resourcing decisions that benefit our people and our clients as a whole.

UX Researcher

Inspire better strategic decision making by delivering compelling presentations and insights based on customer research. Go-to person for insight, advice and best practices when it comes to seeking a better understanding of our customers. The UXR focuses on immersing in, understanding and documenting the mindsets, motivations and behaviours of our customers so that our teams can make better decisions. As the dedicated UXR at Magentus Practice Management, you will take the lead with formalising processes, recommending best practices and helping shape the role alongside Product Designers, Product Managers and the Customer Experience team.

Cloud Engineer

Reporting to the Enterprise IT Manager – APAC, this position is responsible for the effective design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure and Microsoft Intune. As part of the company cloud-first strategy, migration from legacy on-premises systems to cloud platforms is a key focus.

Compliance Administrator

Reporting into the Compliance Manager, the Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring that we meet our regulatory, governance and International Standards Organisation (ISO) obligations and that internal policies and procedures are adhered to and adapted to support the business in its compliance activities.  They will work with the Compliance Manager on driving innovation, improvement, and alignment across the business in support of harmonising our existing ISO accreditations. They will also support the DPO in activities relating to data protection. Stand in for the Compliance Manager when required.

Programme Manager

The Programme Manager is responsible for the implementation and delivery our projects with multiple customers (internal and external) across the UK&I.

DevOps Engineer

You will be responsible for developing automated pipelines and integration processes to support the effective deployment and integration of our software products with our customer systems. These combine both on-premise and cloud hosted environments and ensures our products deliver the security, reliability and performance within live environments that our customers expect.

Integration Specialist

Our Integration Specialists are responsible for ensuring that our products work effectively once deployed into live environments. 

Database Team Lead

Our Database Team Lead oversees the design, maintenance, and optimisation of our SQL and Postgres database environments to ensure that our database systems meet the high standards of performance, security, and availability that our customers demand.
