Test Team Manager

Reporting to the Head of Development you will work as a constructive, proactive and supportive hands-on member and leader of the Testing team and will oversee and manage systems testing design and improvement methodologies to ensure systems can be migrated from a development environment through to implementation within quality assurance guidelines.

IT Support Consultant

Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager this position will serve as Level 1/2 IT support for the organisation and external clients. The IT Support Consultant is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of external clients and stakeholders with a strong focus on customer service, establishing and maintaining effective relationships to gain trust and respect when providing IT support services. 

Support Technician

Act in an operational support capacity, monitoring the company’s software products, raising, and resolving incidents on behalf of DMS customers and General Practice (GP) Surgery staff. To provide first and second line support to DMS Customers and GP surgery staff, investigating incidents with the company’s software products via phone and remote support tools.

Pre-Sales Solution Architect

Reporting to the Sales Operations Director, this role will provide the expert knowledge in overall solution architecting and in the estimation of the deployment aspects of our solution set and will support all presales activities. They will act as the liaison between Sales and Operations, Product and Development and will support the Sales teams and Pre-Sales specialists in bid and customer facing activities.

Our Pre-Sales Solution Specialist is the liaison between our sales and solution teams. They provide expert knowledge to ensure our sales proposals contain the appropriate proposed technology solution defined to a degree that our delivery team understand as necessary to deliver sales.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager this role will be responsible for the review and continuous improvement of our current recruitment strategy and will partner with senior leaders across the organisation to provide a modern approach to talent management and sourcing candidates that is tailored to each of our business units. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading the execution of the product strategy and roadmap for the Developer Partners portfolio. This role will develop a deep understanding of the health ecosystem, and our customers’ needs, and develop a platform that enables third party systems to connect to and interact with our core products.

DevOps Engineer

Our DevOps Engineers develop automated pipelines and integration processes to effectively deploy our software to our customer systems which are a combination of “on-premise” and cloud delivered systems. This vital link ensures the security, reliability and performance of our products meets customer demands within live environments and are delivered in a consistent and efficient way.

Development Team Lead

Our Development Team Lead supports the development team in delivering both front end and back-end development of our software products and managing a small development team. Leading an agile development team, co-ordinating the team’s lifecycle, providing an environment where continuous improvement becomes an embedded way of working and ensuring our customers have total confidence in our products.

Software Engineer

This role is responsible for development and maintenance of critical applications across Magentus and will work as part of a team that develops, maintains and supports software and systems produced by Magentus.
