About the Role
You’ll play a key role in strengthening the Magentus brand through engaging social content and high-impact industry events. Based in Melbourne with flexible working options, this role works closely with the marketing team and subject matter experts across the business.
You’ll lead our social media presence (primarily LinkedIn), create compelling content, and manage Magentus’s presence at conferences and key events – where your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and executing Magentus’s LinkedIn-focused social media strategy
- Planing, creating, and publishing on-brand content across social channels
- Capturing and producing video, photography, and short-form digital content
- Monitoring performance, analysing insights, and reporting on results
- Planning and delivering Magentus’s presence at conferences and industry events
- Supporting speaking opportunities and capturing live event content
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to surface stories and insights
About You
You’re a creative, organised marketer who enjoys both strategy and hands-on delivery, where you’ll ideally bring as much of the following as possible:
- 3–5 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, or content roles
- Strong LinkedIn management experience for brands or executives
- Skills in video editing, photography, and digital content creation
- Experience delivering events or conferences
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
