Integral Diagnostics

Integral Diagnostics (IDX) is one of Australasia’s leading diagnostic imaging providers, operating more than 90 clinics across six Australian states and New Zealand. IDX brings together a network of specialist radiologists and imaging practices under a unique medical leadership model — delivering everything from routine X-rays and ultrasounds to advanced MRI, CT, PET-CT, nuclear medicine, and interventional procedures.

With the Integral Diagnostics integration in Genie® and Gentu®, you can send radiology eRequests directly to IDX’s network and receive completed reports back into your patient’s clinical record — all without leaving your practice management software.

What you can do

Send radiology eRequests: Order imaging studies directly from Genie® or Gentu® and send them digitally to your patient’s preferred Integral Diagnostics location. Requests are delivered securely to the nominated provider, and you can monitor the status of every request without picking up the phone.

Receive results: Radiology reports from Integral Diagnostics are delivered directly into your patient’s clinical record as soon as they’re available.

eRequests are free to use for Genie® and Gentu® customers.

Genie®

To activate radiology eRequests in Genie®, you’ll need to be on version 10.2.2 or above. Set up radiology eRequests in Genie®.

Gentu®

In Gentu®, simply select a eRequest-enabled imaging centre from the lab menu in the Request window to get started.
