Implementation Coordinator

The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for efficient and effective management of the end-to-end implementation project from sale to support, ensuring high levels of customer experience is achieved while best practice operational standards and business objectives are maintained.

What about the role:

  • Responsible for the co-ordination of implementations for new and existing customers.
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of work and working with key stakeholders to schedule data reviews and training.
  • Prepares the practice for implementation by discussing requirements, providing the pre-install checklist, Medicare Online Claiming application information etc.
  • Contributes to the technical data migration of customer data from other software programs to Magentus Practice Management software solutions.
  • Manages customer data in our business systems and flow of information between systems.
  • In collaboration with Customer Success Specialists & Installation & Training Consultants, manages customer expectations, address their requirements, and provide best practice advice.
  • Proactively communicates onboarding/implementation timing risks, delays, and priorities to all stakeholders.
  • Other duties as reasonably required by the business.
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with company personnel.
  • Develops and maintains consistent strong operational relationships and utilises feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

What qualifications and experience do I need:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-critical and fast-paced customer focused environment.
  • Well-developed communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively across written and verbal mediums in dealing with customers, team members and other stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • A flexible perspective and passion for efficiencies and finding solutions when issues arise.
  • Proactive and motivated in taking the right initiatives to ensure strategic business goals are met.
  • Previous experience with desktop and cloud-based Practice Management software is advantageous.
