Short Summary
Our Pre-Sales Solution Specialist is the liaison between our sales and solution teams. They provide expert knowledge to ensure our sales proposals contain the appropriate proposed technology solution defined to a degree that our delivery team understand as necessary to deliver sales.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Supporting our sales and client management team with RFIs, RFQs and Statement of Works by liaising with our solutions and delivery teams to support the definition of the appropriate solution, to enable accurate solution and delivery costing and pricing to be calculated
- Collaborating with our delivery teams to define and agree solution components required to enable the delivery team to create detailed Statements of Wor
- Creating a set of standardised solution packages that can be sold by the sales team with all of these factors already finalise
- Working with the solutions team to create new and innovative solution descriptions, diagrams, warranted environment specifications and inter-dependencies to expand our product portfoli
- Providing the subject matter expert knowledge to respond to tender documentatio
- Providing the subject matter expert knowledge for client demonstration
- Supporting the sales and client management team as the subject matter expert in client meeting
- Ensuring defined Sales Processes are adhered to for Quality purposes
- This role does not carry an individual sales target.
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience working in a similar position with a preference for health technology.
- Understanding of the market, our business, and the solutions we offer in order to be able to articulate sales proposals within a framework that allows us to price and accurately define delivery outcomes and timelines.
- Experience in responding to tender documentation and providing high quality responses.
- Experienced in attending client meetings and providing high quality presentations.
- Full Driving Licence
