Short Summary

Our Project Managers are key to the success of our business – they take ownership to ensure that new products or product enhancements are delivered into customer environments in line with the required specifications, timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assigned to multiple projects.
  • Provides day to day management of the project, e.g. plan, RAID, Comms, meetings.
  • Produces and maintains all project documentation.
  • In consultation with the internal project stakeholders, prepares and updates a project schedule which clearly identifies project timelines
  • Facilitates change requests.
  • Manages communications within the project with project workstream leads.
  • Escalates issues when appropriate.
  • Prepares Project reports and weekly updates to Programme Manager highlighting risks, issues and RAG status.
  • Attends Operational Project Board.
  • Day to day engagement of project stakeholders including Healthcare Organisations.
  • Ensures project documents and customer sign-offs on all phases of work are complete, current and appropriately stored.

  • Ensures timely requests for appropriate resources via Resource Manager.

Experience Required and Desired Attributes:

  • Previous project management experience of delivering software implementations into the NHS and other healthcare networks.
  • Prince 2 or similar Project Management Qualification.
  • Solid technical aptitude & quick learner.
  • Able to function well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills, strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to build/manage project plans. Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
