Senior Software Engineer

Builders and creators by instinct. You tinker. You might contribute to open source, ship side projects, or spin things up just to see how they work. The engineers we want are the ones who never stopped making things for the love of it – we actively encourage it.

Tech Lead – Ruby on Rails

You’re an experienced engineer who naturally lifts the people around you. You’ve played a key technical role in a team before and improved outcomes through your influence. You’re comfortable leading without needing to have all the answers, and you focus on enabling better decisions across the team. You’re also curious and hands-on with emerging tools, particularly AI, and enjoy experimenting with new ways of building software.

Finance Officer – 12 Month Contract

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this full-time, fixed-term opportunity sits within our Practice Management division. You’ll play a key role in maintaining customer accounts, managing collections, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring a high standard of service for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Application Specialist

We’re looking for a Application Specialist to join our Clinical Diagnostics team. This is more than a support role. You’ll be the technical expert customers rely on to solve complex challenges, lead critical incidents, and improve the performance of healthcare technology that directly impacts patient care. You’ll work closely with customers, Product, Delivery and Development teams, while mentoring Application Specialists and helping shape how we deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Senior Platform Engineer

Our cloud platform, Gentu, is used by thousands of specialists every day and we’re investing heavily in what it becomes next. This is a platform role for a software engineer.

Account Manager – Oncology

We’re looking for an Account Manager – Oncology to join our Clinical Services team. This role combines clinical expertise, relationship management, training, and solution consulting to support healthcare organisations using our oncology software solution, Charm. Acting as a trusted clinical advisor, you’ll work closely with customers to optimise workflows, support implementations, deliver training, and contribute to ongoing product enhancements that improve patient care.

Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer, you’ll take ownership of the reliability, quality and governance of our internal data platform.

Build Engineer

Reporting to the Build Team Lead this position is responsible for supporting and implementing a high quality of critical applications across Magentus and will assist in the design, configuration, and refinement of the software for our clients.

Leadership and development

Our Future Leaders Program offers the chance to learn, develop and grow, sharing knowledge and creating a strong leadership cohort and support system.

Flexible working

Employees who can perform their duties from home have the option to do so, with our distributed working allowance offseting work from home costs so you're set up for success in an ideal workspace that suits your needs. As we see the office as a place where collaboration and innovation occur and an opportunity to build team culture and drive learning and networking, we provide welcoming spaces and encourage team collaboration days.

Employee wellbeing

Our employee-led program promotes a workplace culture that celebrates wellbeing and fosters a strong sense of community. This includes community healthy lifestyle challenges and partnership with Starlight Children's Foundation. Our Employee Assistance Program offers confidential and free counselling services for all employees and their families.

Diverse and inclusive

Women hold a number of key leadership roles and about 40 per cent of our employees identify as culturally diverse, around 30 per cent speaking a language other than English. Our cultural diversity is one our greatest strengths and we continue to embrace our unity in diversity.

We are also recognised as
a Disability Confident Committed Employer.

Employee recognition

In 2022 we launched our annual CEO Awards, recognising employees and teams that shine the brightest throughout the year. Winners are flown to a dinner with the executive to celebrate their achievements.

Our performance and annual incentives program provides quality feedback and career discussion along with performance incentives. Employees enjoy service recognition gifts and bonuses at regular anniversaries, ensuring they feel rewarded for their commitment.

Leave support

We provide paid parental leave (including super), secondary carer leave, pregnancy loss leave and pawrental leave. We also provide a day off on your birthday each day so you can take time to celebrate. As we strongly encourage our employees to get involved in the community in as many ways as possible, we offer paid volunteer leave.
