Course outline:

Our expert trainers will equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence you need to produce accurate reports, keep medico-legal backups, maintain your data file and manage your user accounts. While Genie is helping out with all of this, you’ll be free to dedicate more of your time, experience and skills towards managing and growing your business. 

You will learn:

  • Better understanding your IT setup  
  • Managing your settings and security   
  • Setting up new users   
  • Appointment book management and advanced searches   
  • How to manage your financials   
  • Running reports to better understand your practice  


Suitable for:

Genie® practice managers or admin managers that have already received basic training from a Genie Trainer and have some experience using the software. This course is also a great professional development opportunity.


Terms and Conditions

Magentus has a strict no refund policy for cancellations made within 7 business days’ of the training course due to the costs associated with running the course. Your position on the course can be transferred to another staff member from the same practice or another Genie practice provided Magentus is given at least 2 business days’ notice of the change. If you are unable to attend a course, or arrange a replacement, you may request that the course material be posted to you. Please note: Magentus reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to insufficient attendees.
