The Billings, Quotes & Financial Reporting course will help Gentu® customers minimise errors in your quoting, invoicing and receipting procedures and assist you with how to get the most out of the financial reporting in Gentu – ensuring your financial data is kept up to date and accurate. You’ll learn how to take a proactive approach to managing your practice’s accounts, leaving you with more time in your day. You will learn:
- Setting up Gentu for your billing requirements
- Editing patient account holders and information
- Setting up quote & invoice templates
- Creating and managing quotes
- Invoicing
- Deposits and refunds
- Receipting
- How to deal with exceptions
- How to get the most out of your financial reports
Course details
This course is run remotely therefore you will need your own device with access your Gentu practice, this allows you to apply what you learn directly to your own practice! The course will be run via Zoom, so please ensure you have this downloaded and ready to go on the day. Please ensure you have a working webcam and microphone if possible to ensure you get the most out of the course, as there will be some parts will involve some group discussion.

Existing Gentu® users that already have some experience using the software. This course is also a great professional development opportunity and is designed for Practice Managers or any staff members who are responsible for setup and configuration of Gentu.

Your position on the course can be transferred to another staff member from the same practice or another Genie practice provided Magentus is given at least 2 business days’ notice of the change. If you are unable to attend a course, or arrange a replacement, you may request that the course material be posted to you.
