The capability Andrea is most looking forward to is a fully integrated referral for admission and surgical consent process, connected to the private hospitals the practice attends. “This will streamline the consent process to a fully electronic offering so that doctors and patients spend less time on paperwork,” she says, identifying a workflow that would close the last remaining paper steps in the patient journey from booking through to procedure.
