Empowering Australian medical specialists with effortless access to patient-reported outcome and experience measures through integrated digital solutions.
Leading digital health company The Clinician has partnered with Magentus, the company behind the Gentu cloud-based clinical and practice management system, to offer its patient-reported measures platform as part of the newly launched Gentu Marketplace.
This collaboration brings The Clinician’s powerful patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) and patient-reported experience measures (PREMs) capabilities to Gentu customers via a time-saving app integration.
This strategic partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing value-based healthcare in Australia. By combining Magentus’ intuitive practice management system with The Clinician’s expertise in patient-reported data, the collaboration equips specialists with tools to better measure, understand, and respond to what matters most to patients.
The integration ensures that PROMs and PREMs can be collected as part of everyday clinical workflows, helping to inform care delivery, enhance patient satisfaction, and drive continuous quality improvement across a broad range of specialties.
The Clinician’s platform will soon be available through the Gentu Marketplace as a ready-to-use solution for existing customers. Currently in the process of integration, the platform will enable Gentu users to embed patient-reported measures directly into their existing workflows, enhancing care quality and patient engagement without adding administrative burden.
Katherine Thomas, ANZ Commercial Director at The Clinician, said:
