We believe software shouldn’t be something you have to use, rather something you want to use. At the end of the day, most of our users work in health care to help people, not software.
Our approach to building Genie® places users at the centre. As an enabler of user-centred design, our design and product teams use a process called “Design Thinking” which requires constant interaction with our end users.
Various forms of User Experience (UX) Research methods are utilised at Magentus including One-on-One Interviews, Prototype Tests and Beta Groups.
As we work through the Genie® roadmap, we will reach out to you to seek feedback on development areas relevant to you. Rest assured, project participation will be determined by your interests and catered to your availability.
