With the ACL integration in Genie® and Gentu®, you can send pathology eRequests and receive results directly from ACL’s laboratory network — all from within your practice management software.
Send pathology eRequests: Order pathology tests directly from Genie® or Gentu® and send them digitally to ACL. Your patient receives an SMS with their request, and you get real-time visibility on every order from submission through to result — no printing, no scanning, no manual follow-up.
Receive results: Pathology results from ACL are delivered directly into your patient’s clinical record as soon as they’re available.
eRequests are free to use for Genie® and Gentu® customers.
Genie®
To activate pathology eRequests in Genie®, you’ll need to be on version 10.2.2 or above. If you’re running Genie® 10.2.7 or above, pathology eRequests are available by default — no additional steps required.

Gentu®
In Gentu®, ACL is integrated directly into the platform. Select the ‘eRequest enabled’ Australian Clinical Labs option from the lab dropdown menu.
