Course outline:
Take the guesswork out of electronic claiming with the Genie® ECLIPSE and Medicare Online training course. You’ll gain first-hand experience in all areas of online claiming including Bulk Billing, DVA & ECLIPSE.
You will learn:
- Creating and sending Bulk Bill & DVA Invoices
- Creating ECLIPSE No Gap, Known Gap & Patient Claims
- ECLIPSE receipting
- Dealing with Medicare & Health Fund exceptions
Suitable for:
Genie® practice managers or admin managers that have already received basic training from a Genie Trainer and have some experience using the software. This course is also a great professional development opportunity.
Terms and Conditions
Magentus has a strict no refund policy for cancellations made within 7 business days’ of the training course due to the costs associated with running the course. Your position on the course can be transferred to another staff member from the same practice or another Genie practice provided Magentus is given at least 2 business days’ notice of the change. If you are unable to attend a course, or arrange a replacement, you may request that the course material be posted to you.
